Ok, so I have not forgotten this, and have been trying to think of stuff for a while. It's mainly that a) Behrooz has gone awfully quiet in my head for a while, and b) ... they really only had two threads together, and I can only find one right now (I think I don't have the other one in Behrooz's memories because it was unfinished), which was... so totally focused on the whole Warder thing that it didn't really have much to do with Behrooz and Lan themselves. Not to mention that these threads occurred... a while before the plot that changed him a lot, so any feelings would be changed pretty dramatically.

I'd say with some certainty that Behrooz respects Lan, but isn't afraid of him. He'd probably be someone that could understand the world Behrooz lives in a lot better than some others and that's sort of ... comforting? Not exactly the right word, but that's all I can think of right now.
