[OOC] Elle background stuff to ask about

Summaries of the graphic novels I'd like to incorporate into Elle's background can be found here, here, and here, but I'll go ahead and briefly summarize them as well:

Matt Neuenberg was a seventeen-year-old high school student from St. Louis with essentially the same ability as Charlie Andrews – enhanced memory. He was ostracized for being very intelligent, and during a talent show was ridiculed for it. Elle showed up to bring him into the Company (and because she's Elle, she set the school's auditorium on fire in the process) and promised to protect him. The Company performed painful experiments on him (she showed concern about this), but she brought him a cake and insisted that she was still protecting him. The Company later has Matt work with their computer system, with Elle observing, and it's apparent he'd developed a strong crush on her. He noticed something strange while working, which was really Hana Gittleman and Richard Drucker as little Reboot-like computer entities attempting to destroy the Company's mainframe. Elle had Matt download the entire system into his memory, and then physically destroyed the mainframe herself. This nearly killed Matt, but Elle revived him by using her ability as a form of defibrillation. Matt was given a nicer room (but still no window, woe) and Elle promised to take him outside for a little while sometime, but the mainframe information had to be removed from his mind with something involving a surgical staff and a tube-shaped thing going onto his forehead. Elle again promised Matt that it would be ok, but Matt died shortly after the information was successfully downloaded.

The main problem with trying to make this work for Elle is that its timing makes no sense – according to information from official sites, etc., Matt was born in December 1990, meaning this would all have to take place in December 2007 at the very earliest, which is nine months ahead of where canon is now. So. No. What I'd like to do is move it back five years to 2002, meaning Elle would be 19 when it happened, and remove Hana and Drucker's part in it entirely, making it just some unnamed attack on the Company instead. This wouldn't affect any current muns, but could affect any possible future ones of Matt Neuenberg, Bob Bishop, Hana Gittleman, or Richard Drucker. I don't really see this coming up, and even if it did, I think this could be easily worked with and around, but I didn't feel comfortable completely embracing it until I'd asked.

This next part is pretty much just for Adam-mun, if you're still playing him or yeah... Anyway, during canon Adam makes a comment about having "caved" to Elle, pretty much implying some kind of sexual or romantic relationship between them in the past. There's a lot of possibilities for what it means exactly, and I'd like to have something just decided on for myself. My idea for it is that Adam and Elle did have sex, though it was more Elle being herself and Adam taking advantage of an opportunity. And... it wasn't that great. There was no real spark (figurative, at any rate) or passion, they were both just pretty much bored and didn't have anything better to do. They didn't do it again. But obviously I'd like to know what you think about it.

Oh no, it's fine! Shati just gave me the impression that you weren't keeping all your pups so I wasn't sure how high he was on that list as canon went all... weird for him. Um. Anyway, thanks! :D
